Property information

Property information is provided to support an initial conversation. Price, availability, measurements, inclusions, payment terms, ownership authority, project approvals, and transaction conditions should be confirmed with James and the relevant developer, owner, lender, or government record before you reserve, pay, sign, or otherwise commit.

No offer or professional substitution

A property page is not a binding offer, appraisal, legal opinion, tax opinion, financing approval, or guarantee of availability. Obtain independent legal, financial, technical, and due-diligence advice where appropriate to your transaction.

Viewing appointments

The Google Calendar scheduling popup shows currently open appointment slots. Completing the Google scheduling flow reserves the selected calendar time, but the property, meeting point, access arrangements, and unit availability remain subject to James's direct confirmation.

External services and links

The website may link to maps, approved media, WhatsApp, Messenger, Google services, and third-party property information. Those services have their own availability, security, and terms. LA VIE DAVAO REALTY is not responsible for a third party's independent content or service interruption.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, scrape personal information, or use property media and copy in a way that infringes the rights of LA VIE DAVAO REALTY, a property owner, developer, photographer, or other rights holder.
